The challenge
To convince lapsed Honda customers that a Honda dealership is the best place to get their car serviced.
The solution
A set of postcards reminding customers of the benefits of regular Honda servicing and encouraging them to book an appointment with their local dealer.
Looking After Your Jazz DM
The challenge
A mail pack going out to new Jazz owners recommending their Jazz does 12,500 miles between services.
The solution
Using colourful illustrations and a simple question/answer format, we got the information across in a clear and friendly way, while keeping in tone with Jazz’s fun persona. The booklet also promoted the benefits of getting their car serviced at a Honda dealership.
