The challenge
Coke Zone is a digital loyalty platform where Coke drinkers can enter points collected from cans and bottles to claim rewards and enter prize draws. We need to make sure Coca-Cola drinkers stay faithful.

The solution
We developed interactive website content and engaging copy designed to reach the notoriously hard to impress ‘youth’ market and prompted them to engage with Coke Zone – and kept them coming back for more.

The results
Over 2m people have joined so far, with over 900k new members in 2009 alone. Regular site users consume 30% more Coke than one-time visitors, helping make Coke Zone consistently the UK’s no.1 Food & Drink brand website.

Coke Zone scooped two ISP Gold awards in May 2010: Best Digital Promotion (multi-platform) and best Long Term Relationship Marketing.
